๐Ÿ“Š Data Merger & Sorting System

Upload multiple Excel files, align by CAS number, and sort by Retention Time

1. Upload Excel Files

Instructions: Upload multiple Excel files containing GC/MS data. Each file should have the following columns:
  • Group - Classification of the compound
  • Name - Name of the compound
  • RT - Retention Time (used for sorting)
  • IR - Retention Index (optional but recommended)
  • CAS - CAS number (used for alignment)
  • RA1, RA2, RA3 - Replicate area values
  • RC1, RC2, RC3 - Relative content values
The system will merge all files, align compounds by CAS number, sort by Retention Time, and create a master matrix. Upload format is identical to the Paste Data format.

Supports .xlsx and .xls files (multiple files allowed)

2. Paste Data (Standard Format)

Paste tab-separated data with the exact column order below. The pasted data will replace any previously merged results.

Choose a sample to revise; the pasted data will overwrite that sample.

3. Paste Transposed Data (Samples as Rows)

Format: Paste data where samples are rows and compounds are columns.
  • First row: "Sample" in first column, then compound names (Pentanal, Hexanal, etc.)
  • Second row (optional): Numbers (1, 2, 3...) - will be ignored
  • Data rows: Sample name in first column, then values for each compound
  • Multiple rows per sample: Replicates are automatically grouped by sample name
  • Multiple data sets: Paste each data set in a separate area below. Click "Parse & Load All Data Sets" to merge them all together.
Example format:
Sample	Pentanal	Hexanal	Nonanal	Octanal
Patriot (S)	0.44	15.01	0.46	0.24
Patriot (S)	0.49	16.03	0.58	0.16
Patriot (S)	0.44	15.89	0.58	0.26
HOLL (S)	0.10	7.97	3.05	0.65
HOLL (S)	0.14	5.89	3.67	0.80
